Talon Windwalker is the single adoptive parent of a special needs child. “Eclectic” is his middle name: He currently works as a hospice chaplain and is a Zen monk, polyglot, cancer survivor, ultra runner, snowshoer, endurance cyclist, certified endurance running coach, photographer, public speaker, consultant, writer, advocate, former trauma nurse, was educated as a naturopathic physician, and is a lover of travelling, languages, and cultures.
He is currently a nomad on an indefinite round-the-world trip with his young son since May 2011, starting with Mexico. They will continue exploring Central & South America via slow travel before visiting Antartica and then heading to Europe to begin exploring the other side of the world.
